Let’s talk about burnout!
If you’ve got a full-time job, a part-time time job, a side-hustle, an online business, a family, or ALL OF THE ABOVE, then it’s likely you’ve experienced the joy of burnout at some point. Most of us have very full lives and we put constant pressure on ourselves to do ALL THE THINGS, and feel guilty and worthless when we come up short.
Today I’m talking about how I arrived at burnout this time around and what I’ve been doing to break the cycle of chronic stress and fatigue so that I can regain my wellbeing and start thriving again during this very busy period in my life.
