    How would you know if a term is copyrighted? I had no idea that the word
    ‘Paleo’ was copyrighted and I wouldn’t want to violate Amazon’s terms.

    • Hi Sarah! Copyright is different than trademark, which is I think what you’re talking about here. To see if something is trademarked you can go to the USPTO and do a search. For the paleo example, the word “paleo” is not what is trademarked; it’s the complete phrase “The Paleo Diet”. So you could still use the word “paleo”, just not the phrase “The Paleo Diet”.
